Merrell Women's Sandspur Sandal

Merril shoes are some of my favorite. They are comfortable sandles, considering that they are sandles, they have great foot support! Very good quality, look good, and are adjustable.Highly recommend!

I live in these sandals. I buy a pair every 6 months because I am afraid of not having these. They wear pretty well but are not all weather shoes. If they get wet the foot bed gets kinda gross feeling. I keep a pair for rain and bad weather days or for when I work outdoors and a second pair for wearing with a skirt to hit the town.My most recent pair are in the first pic and the lilac was supposed to be an accent color inside the shoe and under the shoe but its clearly beige under shoe. Not a deal breaker because these shoes are that good to override the mistake. The shoes in the second picture are 6 months old and still look good but they will now be my working shoe because the foot bed has gotten kinda icky. They do loosen/stretch a bit with constant wear but they are still hands down the most comfortable and supportive daily sandal on the market. Comfortable from the first time you wear them. Please Merrell never stop making these shoes 🙏

I keep buying these sandals over and over and in different colors; They adjust well (my feet are on the narrow side), are very comfortable, sturdy, supportive, and look well with any clothing; and they last forever too! The first pair lasted almost five years.I have bought them also for one of my sisters who was suffering from lower-back pain related to how she walks. She uses then now all summer long and has no pain.They do not have cushioning, just some cloth, and that helps if you want to take them to the beach and make them wet (I have and the leather did not suffer).It is an excellent buy

I’m a 10 in most shoes. These fit big in length. They have quite an arch which fits ok, but might be better if I had an 9.5 size(which they don’t make).The straps are comfortable. They don’t pinch or rub. There was no breaking-in wear necessary. I can slip my foot in and out without using the Velcro each time which is nice.I have other merrell shoes and boots and I’m not sure these will last/look good for long. After 3 days of wearing them for 3 days they are starting to look quite worn and the quality isn’t like other Merrill’s.

I can’t wear any sandals that have a post between the toes, due to a foot surgery several years ago. I’ve never worn anything by this brand before, but liked the style. When I received the sandal, I thought I might have to send them back because the band across the toes seemed a little tight. If these would have come in a wide version, I would have exchanged them. The style was so cute, though, and they were very comfortable otherwise. I was able to stretch the band slightly and wore them for the first time the other day. Despite the day being hot and humid, I was able to wear these sandals the entire work day. The footbed is really comfortable and supportive. I am glad I ordered these!

This purchase was clutch. I was trying to get a good fit on a pair of Birkenstocks but it didn’t work out and I bought these last minute for a trip to Italy. After the flight I didn’t wear a different shoe for 15 days. No blisters, supportive, and comfortable. The ability to adjust the ankle area is my only complaint. I would like it to be a bit more snug than it allows. However I walked miles and while my feet ached that was appropriate for the time spent on my feet all over Italy. As a side note k pronate in heavily and my arch needs a lot of support. Would recommend!

I'm 73 and have worn a 7.5M shoe all my life. Not knowing Merrell shoes, I ordered 7 and 8. The 8's felt like 9's - way too large. The 7's, which I feared might be too small, were also actually roomier than I expected, and the only adjustable feature is the Velcro ankle buckle, so the width cannot be adjusted. They are nicely made and good-looking, so I wanted to like them, and wore them around the house, with socks, on hard floor and carpet for a couple days, but ultimately had to accept they just didn't feel great, they are too flat for me, and there is no noticeable cushion or arch support. I try to respect my lower back and have decided I should stick with a 1" heel, cushioned footbed, and some arch support. These sandals would be fine for someone used to wearing lightweight flats, but they're not for me.

These are my favorite style of Merrell sandals - this makes the third pair that I currently own and wear. They are so comfortable and attractive. I really appreciate that the straps come over the top and further down my foot away from the ankle area because I have a problem with feeling unpleasant pressure with straps that come up too far (like Tevas and others). The straps are arranged so that there is no worry about your littlest toe getting squeeze or caught. Also, the souls of these Merrells are very tough and "grippy", suitable for walks and casual day hikes in varied terrain. I have read that some reviewers object to the slight toe ridge under their feet, but for me it is not uncomfortable. Recommend? YES!!
