These are not what they used to be. Seem very stiff and flat for the sole/heel. Not sure why these have changed in quality but they certainly seem to have.
1) the footbed is too narrow my foot and liking, plus the footbed slants down towards toes too much. 2) the strap closest to my toes was very loose leaving a gap so it did not fit snug and my foot did not feel secure in the shoe 3) ordered a 10 since that's what I ordered in Mephistos but the 10 fit large on me. I'm normally a 9 1/2 shoe size.
Loved the look and feel
While the fit for a size 9 was perfect, these shoes cut (not blister) both my big toe and one next to it walking for just 5 minutes. Extremely painful. I can’t believe no one else has mentioned this issue!
Shoes didn’t work for my feet and I returned.
