It does run small and they are a little more narrow than average. However if you size up 1 size they’re perfect. They’re plastic so you can stretch them with some low heat and a shoe stretcher. I have worn them multiple time. One thing to also keep in mind they have no straps so you do have to adjust your walk since there is no support around the ankle

Very cute shoes but very tight around the straps. Seems to run a bit smaller. I usually like to have a bit more extra room, but had to settle since 9.5/10 was out of stock.
The fit was perfect size, they didn’t hurt my feet, and the style was better in person than the pictures!
I had to send them back, because first of all they were not the correct size , and also they were used shoes I did not know that they would sell you things that already been worn,but they were a good looking shoe.
