I bought a pair in 2019 and it lasted 3 years.This latest pair broke after 1 week. The backstrap just broke off. Cheap piece of plastic.
Product was expected quality and arrived on time
I've honestly worn these sandals for around a dozen times, and not for any real length of time. I also haven't been rough with them, just walking. Needless to say, I was very disappointed to feel that my left sandal was loose and when checking, noticed the rubber clip holding the heal strap had broken (see picture). Purchased in early August, I would have expected these to last for years! Let the buyer beware.... I've certainly learned the hard way!
The original pair broke on black piece that velcro strap attaches to after 25 days of light use. I was sent a replacement pair which is fine and well however if the new pair have the same issue in the near future I'll never buy this brand again. Poor quality in materials used. Sad how many companies cut costs at the consumers expense. The replacement pair broke within 10 days. Total garbage do not purchase!!
My size 11 just didn't fit! It was not only too short it was also too narrow the the point of pain. In the past all 11 online and purchase locally have worked fine for me, but these are severely undersized.
The sables fit well when I received them. Within a few days the loop for the strap on one broke. Days after the other one broke also.
Picked up the sandals on Thursday, Sandals broke by Saturday evening. Waste of money.
Strap around ankle tore apart. Not able to be repaired.
