I ordered a size 13 and they run a bit big on me. The shoes are good looking and comfortable.
This is an excellent pair of rugged sport shoes with vents that keep your feet cool and comfortable pending the socks you use. It should be noted as mentioned in some of the other reviews that there's not a whole lot of arch support within. That said, with a pair of Dr. Scholls custom orthotics the shoes are transformed into a very comfortable pair of shoes that should hold up over time. The foundation of the shoe is very solid and leaves you feeling very stable when walking about.Recommended with the extra added arch support.
Great shoe. Fits a hair wide, so standard width was perfect for my slightly wide foot. Length was normal as well. I wear this shoe with socks, so someone going sockless might think this shoe runs excessively wide and large. Little orange strap broke off side of shoe- it was just cosmetic so I cut it off. Very comfortable and perfect shoe for hiking in hot weather.
These slip on and remain secure to one’s feet. Excellent construction. We’re not my first pair of footwear from Rockport, and definitely will not be my last.
The shoes are very comfortable, but the material does not breath. I normally don't have smelly feet, but these would say the contrary. Whenever I wear them (generally without socks), I have to bomb them with shoe deodorant afterwards because the smell is so horrendous. They had great potential, but need more breathable material.
I have a closet full of Merrell and Keen sandals which I love. However, my prescription arch supports will not fit into them. They fit perfectly in these Rockports. The only walking shoes I like better are Keen Steens but I only use them for the woods. They are not sandals. These are and they are very cool and comfortable.
Fits as expected. great to have it in wide! A little heavy but seems like it will last better than lighter made ones.Sadly after wearing these for while I have to change my rating from 4 to 1 star. These shoes are very heavy and feel solid but they are not what I would call outdoor shoes for any weather other than sunny. They get wet and stay wet for a very long time. They get a bad odor if wet and even heavier. Not at all what I expected from Rockport.
I’ve had these for about six months and really like them. Very comfortable. Walked a ton in them last summer holding up great.
