Comfort, style, price.
I ordered size 9.5 as I usually do and was suggested by my past purchases, but they were just too loose, maybe because I wear w/o socks. I returned those for a size 9, which fit better. They are very comfortable and seem to be well made and durable.

I've had good luck with Rockport shoes, so when I needed a pair of sandals, I decided to give these a try. Actually, these are size 13 wide and replace the size12 wide pair that I originally ordered and returned. I usually ware size 12 wide, but when the first pair arrived, they were too small. Since the quality and styling of the first pair was so good, I decided to try the next larger size. These are a bit long, but otherwise they fit very well. I wore them all day the first day I had them and have worn them all day several times since. They were a little uncomfortable in the beginning, but are rapidly breaking in. I really like these sandals and only wish they were available in a size12 1/2 wide. I would buy these again.

This is my fourth pair of Rockport sandals though this is a new model. I ordered a first pair that never arrived. Amazon reimbursed me and I ordered again and It arrived today. The sandals are very nice but a bit tight. I should have taken size 8 wide. Otherwise I highly recommend. Rockport make wonderful sandals. Congrats.
