I've been wearing these a couple weeks. It's winter so I've only been wearing them around the house in the evening. So far I like them. They are comfortable. The bottom is very firm. It is not foam like some others. I hope this means the arch will hold up over time and not weaken. Since they are very firm I'm not sure how they will be if I'm on my feet in them all day. Time will tell.
These sandals are amazing! this is my second pair (I had the black ones with fabric cushion insoles before) they do provide support and comfort to us, flat-footed individuals. They fit as expected and can go thru a lot of miles. the only reason I switched to the rubber insoles because the fabric of my other sands tore (after 2 years of almost daily use). a great investment!
I dislike the price. A little "much" for a pair of sandals. The first pair did not last a year!!! At the price, I thought they would last longer; BUT they are great fitting. You do need to get the right size. These sandals (I have tried many, many different sandals) have great arch support. The first pair, I had to break in! They stressed my feet after short periods of time, by weeks end, I could wear them most of the day. After two weeks, I could not use my other sandals and some cheap shoes because they did not have the arch support. Once the first pair broke, I bought two more. I cannot live without them!!! I have a very bad back, bad knees, and a few foot problems. When I said, I can't live without them, it is because, from the ground up, the sandals adjust and cushion the feet and have great arch support. They relieve arch pain and other alignment issues. They are NOT a medical answer to all your pains; but they do offer a bit of pain relief. If you feet hurt, or have back & leg issues these may help give you a percentage of relief. I wear these sandals 95% of the time. Any little amount of relief helps, as I have chronic pain 24/7 365 days each year. My pain level is around 6 - 8!!! If these sandals take 5%, that helps. Oh, by the way my foot doctor told me these sandals my help because the arch support is very good.
I am a woman, size 7. I bought these a year and a 1/2 ago by mistake. Best mistake ever. I don’t bump my toes as often as I used to, they are super comfy, great support, texture of insole does not irritate nor is slippery. Wash well, dry quickly. I just bought second pair.
I've been wearing the Spenco flip flop for years. I've probably had 10 pairs. They have prevented bunion surgery in my right foot due to the meditarcil Pad and arch support. After surgery on my left foot my doctor suggestion I wear them to help my right foot not progress. That was 8 years ago and I'm no where near needing surgery. I highly recommend the Spenco products
The Good: These have DECENT arch support. Not as high as Vionics or some other brands, but it's there. Seem to be made well and should last at least 6 months. The strap itself is fairly comfortable and doesn't have any sharp edges. Sizing seems about right. Price.The Bad: Toe post strap digs into the second toe making them difficult to wear. While arch support is there, it is not high enough for very pronounced arches. A bit clunky, weighty, and not very flexible.Other: Foot bed is a harder material, not soft or cushiony in the least. This is good for longer support, but not necessarily good for standing or walking.

These are, without a doubt, the best flip flops I have ever owned.I have terribly flat feet and most flip flops are only good for a couple of days, tops, before my feet start killing me.I've worn these every single day since I got them. The heel cup is great, the arch support is great, and there overall feel is so comfortable.I love these!
