If you’re getting this for support then you’re getting a great product. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and from pronating feet. I like to stand to work from home and these flip-flops can handle my all day standing. I don’t use them to go to the beach. I do use them to walk around my block and they handle like walking shoes. I have owned Spenco inserts before and SuperFeet so the feeling of support is the same as the inserts.pros: it gives great support throughout the day.cons: incredibly rigid with minimal flexibility. They have a smooth bottom, which does not work well with slippery or wet surfaces.

It has been so difficult for me to find great sandals that fit my feet (11 Wide) and have arch support. These are literally a God send and so glad I finally found these. Spenco better not ever discontinue these. I love wearing sandals and these make it so comfortable.
