Broke these in on a pack trip in the wilderness. Hiked with them when it wasn't raining and they were great. Very soft, cushiony foot bed that feels great on the feet and doesn't get slippery when wet. Vibram sole is fantasticly grippy on granite and trail hiking. Only problem is under water the toe of the sole drags. Staps only bothered me when I over tightened them. Size 9 was perfect. I'll take these over chacos every time.
These are functional, durable, easy on the eyes, and worked perfectly. They worked perfectly for walking around all day in Hawaii.
got them at the last minute before a trip. Unfortunately they are a minimum of a 1/2 size larger than most sizes. I wear 13 most of the time - but I should have gotten a 12.5 or even a 12 in these

I have had a pair of Teva sandals for many years. I wore them so much that the velcro on the straps finally wore out. These new Tevas are every bit as good as my old ones. They fit very well, are very comfortable, and I am so happy with them. I take them off only to go to bed at night. The seller, Outland USA in Nashville, TN shipped the Tevas very quickly and efficiently. No one could have done better!
I bought these Teva Universal Trail to replace my 1992 Terra Fi’s. Nothing wrong with the Fi’s, but I wanted a change of scenery. My main usage is for boating at the lake. The Vibram sole is required for safety. Imagine stepping on a pointy branch, or a piece of glass hiding below the water! A deep wound packed with mud can make for a really bad day. These sandals have a strong sole and also a soft surface with arch support that is held in place in the X, Y, and Z direction. The straps are lined with neoprene and will dry quickly.
I think these are the most perfect shoes I have EVER had. Love them.
