These sandals are light weight with a decent thickness to the sole. It can take a few wearings to get the fit of the straps just right, but are fairly comfortable from the start.
These look nice but I do not feel as comfortable or secure like my Teva's of old. I absolutely loved the Teva Women's Tirra Slide Sandal of old but apparently they no longer make them. I tried to substitute with these but I just do not feel as confident wearing them, feel like they will come off when walking. Wear them for short term periods only. Lived in my Teva Women's Tirra Slide Sandal! Wish they would bring them back!
Can't ever seem to get the strap adjustment right. Either too tight, or if the straps are comfortable when standing, then the sandals are too loose when I walk. I have always worn the Teva Tirra sandals, but they don't make the Tirras in a slide style anymore, so I bought two pairs of these slides instead. Not as comfortable and not as supportive as the Tirras. These may work fine for some people, but they just don't work for me.
These Teva sandals are UNLIKE any of the many pair I own. They are awkward to wear, heavy and feel like TRUCK TIRES. They are uncomfortable and unwearable. I thoroughly regret no returning them immediately. I like TEVA, and thought I might somehow get used to them, but that is NOT the CASE.

Shoes are so personal and everyone's feet are so different. My feet are so particular about what they will tolerate but they love Teva slide sandals, the higher end shoes with good arches. I have so many now in every color and design. Finally, my feet are happy campers.
They pull a bit on the top of the foot but are otherwise comfortable.
