Just what I was looking for. Theses everyday casual Tevas are super comfortable and have very good support including a slight arch. I like the platform too. Legs felt great after wearing them all day.
I have all kinds of feet and leg issues from plantar fasciitis to circulatory issues. The velcro straps are great as they allow me to adjust the fit as the day goes on for swelling. I walked around the house with them to get used to the platform which I haven't worn since the late 70s. These are lightweight and very comfy. My only issue with them is at the end of the day the soles need to be wiped out or they get a funny build up from sweat. I am almost flat footed so I had no issue with arch support.
I would recommend these as sporty looking, stylish, comfy walking shoes that are best for paved and maybe firm, flat surfaces. I mostly wear dresses, and my style could probably be described as boho chic. These are going to be perfect for casual everyday wear. I've worn them out to the pool so far and around the yard. I do already have a grass stain on the light color of the platform. They are slightly smelly out of the box. I am sensitive to that kind of thing, but I do think these will be fine after airing out a bit. The platform is firm but soft. They have a textured footbed that is a lot like a flip flop material. Straps are adjustable, which is essential I think. They fit as expected, and shoes can run a bit small for me.
So comfortable. Good arch support. I have a wide foot, and they fit perfectly. I have 4 different pairs now.
I wear 8 1/2 in most shoes, don't have wide feet, and need good arch support. I got these in both 8 and 9. The 8 fit but my feet were too close to the front and back edges. I bought these on an impulse and was expecting to send them back. I was SO wrong! The moment I slipped these on, I was transported back to my teen years in the 90’s... every year between about 1990-1995, I got a new pair of Teva sandals for my summertime birthday. I ALWAYS wished they made a platform style, but back then, there were none. These are AMAZING! Comfy and cushy just like I remember, and the fit is the same as all those years ago. I wear a 6.5 in most shoes and my foot is a little wide. I wear a 36 regular footbed in Birkenstock for reference, and a 6 fits perfectly in these. I’m tempted to order these in another color so I can rotate! ❤️Although I won’t be wearing these to see Jerry, or to a Phish show, and although they will never step through the gates at Lollapalooza, they will remind me of all those great times, and carry on my way to create some new memories... I’ll just need a coordinating face mask this time around! ✌🏼
