The square toe makes them great for wide feet. I love love the seventies vibe- they look like shoes my mom once had when she was young. I actually had to size down 1/2 size bc the arch support IS placed a little closer to the heel. The leather gets softer every time I wear them and has began to stretch out a bit, but they still fit fine and still look new. I wish they had a little higher heel though but I still love them.
Couple years ago bought a pair of Vionic Classic pumps, but they had 3" heels and were insanely comfortable. Because they were 3" heels, I was unable to wear them due to recent back surgeries.Vionic is known for the arch support and I couldn't wait to get a pair of dress sandals again. Heel height was perfect. I couldn't wear them because of the lack of arch support.
These sandals are so cute and super comfortable.
I have Vionic flip flops that I really like and thought I would try these dressier sandals hoping they would be good for long term wear/comfort. Unfortunately everything about them was a disappointment. The color is a little to orange for my taste (does look similar to image but I hoped that wasn't accurate). The way the ankle strap wraps and is connected at the back leaves no room for movement and rubbed the back of my heel and was stiff to walk in. And the biggest issue was, even though the size was correct, the arch support was too far back in the shoe for me so it was partially under my heel instead of my arch. On the plus side they are made well and genuine leather which is hard to find these days.
Most comfortable heel for easy all a day wear!! greta for work. Can be dressed up or down which is a Plus!
Purchased this shoe for 2 reasons - the attractive style and the arch support. It's a fantastic quality shoe and is very attractive BUT it's not very comfy. I can't see myself wearing this shoe anywhere but to somewhere that I won't be standing or walking much.
They fit like my other Vionics, except they were not comfortable. I found the part over my toes cut into my feet and would not have worked for a long evening of walking, dancing and generally wearing. I returned them.
Way to tight and uncomfortable. Ordered 2 sizes, and both were too tight but long.
