I have owned many pairs of the various Adidas Ubersonic versions over the last 5-6 years. These Ubersonic 4's are much better than the 3's. The 2's used to be my favorite and went through 4 or 5 pairs before the 3's were introduced. I had 2 pairs of the Ubersonic 3's and didn't love them. The 4's are closer to the 2's in fit etc... I've grown to really like the 4's like these. They are difficult for some people to put on as they have a tight sock-liner that makes it tougher to get on your foot initially. But once it is on it feels like a nice secure fit. They also are low to the ground and provide good stability. The only bad thing about these is the sole wears fairly quickly if you play often on hard courts. At my age I don't care as much about the wear as I do have a comfortable, stable shoe so I keep buying them. I do take the insoles out and put the grey thin Superfeet orthotic insoles in for more arch support, but I do that with all of my athletic shoes.
These shoes are so much better in person than on photos. I purchased them for my husband and he absolutely loves them. He said they’re extremely comfortable and agrees that they’re stylish! They don’t stand out, it’s just enough color
Comfortable, true to size. Only thing I’d change is the width of the laces, they are kind of small and are tight on the top of my foot since there isn’t much padding. Tread has lasted so far but has only been about a month so far!
Sneaker just looks super clean and excellent traction. The fit is not too tight. Which is perfect.
I play a considerable amount Tennis. 3+ hours 5-6 days a week. I've had Asics, UA, Nike and Adidas. I was pretty happy with my previous pair of Adidas Court Jam shoes. In fact, I wore these so much, for so long, there was very little tread left.I could not find the Adizero Ubersonic 4 shoes locally, so I ordered them without being able to try them on. But I saw they had good reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. This is THE BEST pair of Tennis Shoes I have ever had. And it's not even close. When I first slipped my foot in, it was like it instantly became part of my body. The fit was unbelievably perfect. They are lighter than the Court Jams, so I felt quicker. They are very stable too. They have a high stiff support around the heel, so I feel like it will help prevent me from rolling my ankle. I love the style too, they just LOOK great. I've played about 6 hours so far and there was no "break in" time needed. There really isn't a traditional "tongue" in this shoe. Its pretty much like a big sock on the inside, which is nice because you never have to worry about the tongue folding up or sliding anywhere.Just an over all great pair of shoes, have zero negatives or criticisms about the Adizero Ubersonic 4 shoes.
I like these shoes. They are a great fit and have the best ankle support. The sole grip is just right and the comfort level is better than other shoes i had before. Highly recommended 🙌
I’ve been an avid tennis players for many years and have always been a fan of Adidas tennis shoes, starting with the Barricade model and lately the Addizero Ubersonic, for it’s comfort and flexibility.I bought my first pair of Addizero 2 years ago mostly to play pickleball, and it served me well during that period. Then I got my 2nd pair of Addizero (photos) by late October 2022, and although the shoes continue to offer a good fit, comfort and stability, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the poor durability: within 2 1/2 months of moderate use playing doubles twice/week, the shoe already shows a severe wear and tear on the front of the sole, indicating that it will need a replacement shortly. It’s worth mentioning that I weight less than 160lbs and I’m not an explosive player. It’s hard to tell if this is a defective product, or the manufacturer decided to produce a cheaper model to cut costs. I’m not happy with the product either way, and this is an indication that my long loyalty to the Adidas brand is coming to an end.
Lightweight, breathable and tremendous grip. Love these shoes. Interestingly, they feel a little bit uncomfortable when I first put them on, but as soon as I start playing on the court, they feel amazing.
