Extremely sturdy and well balanced, strong to hold a foot together
as a wide footer went half a size up, fits perfect for me
Buy a half size up, really. These run small in the US sizes. (I measure size 13.5 US, normally I buy 14, and bought the 14. They're almost too short.)
Bought Diadora Torneo 2 in June and have been experiencing EXTREME heel pain when I wear them. The plastic support base of the shoe has no cushioning what so ever on the interior of the shoe. Because of that your heel is constantly pushing against the plastic support on the shoe....thereby any running and stopping cause your heel to constantly be rubbing/hitting the plastic support. The last three times I've played pickleball I have gotten EXTREME pain in my right heel When I wear other shoes I don't experience this problem. Unfortunately my return has expired - the Diadora Torneo 2 is NOT a good court shoe!!!!! Very disappointing!!
I love these shoes from Diadora! They look great and feel fantastic. Extremely comfortable and supportive.
I wear a 10.5 in pretty much every shoe brand I've worn, and a 10.5 is just a little too short for me in this shoe. Will try an 11, but fear they will be too wide for my rather narrow feet. Seems like a very comfy shoe though, very cushioned for a court shoe and lighter than I expected.Edit: Tried the 11 and it was a touch too wide and the ankle lock down was lacking for me even with heel hook lacing, gonna try New balance or go back to Asics I guess.
