not the cheapest shoe out there but worth it in my mind. The shoe lace system is easier for a kid to deal with and not having to wait at the door for 5 minutes every time until the kid ties their shoes makes this purchase worth it.

I and my husband have alot of salomon, normally I order directly off their website or rei so we can use the amazing warranty if needed but needed some fast as daughters other running shoes came apart, no Brainerd to start buying her salomons now that she's trail running and cross country team. These came fast and exactly as I expected.sSIZING it is my experience that the new salomons run smaller, I use to wear a 9 now wear a 10, my husband says it depends on if its a hiking boot or running shoe. (I've had my hiking boots for several years but get a new trail runner every year probably because I wear in the river too) anyway daughter had sz 4 sketchers but fit a 6 salomons.
My daughter loves these shoes! Easy to get on and off, comfortable, grippy and the color is great! She is between sizes and I bought the larger size for her to grow into. They have room but don’t give her blisters. She has hiked 5 or more times in them and done 15+ miles with no complaints.
My six year old daughter loves the fit and comfort of her new trail running shoes. She leads me on our weekend run/ walks. We average 19 minute miles.
