Love these shoes. I have a pair of 300’s that I also like but these are way better for all aspects of a variety of workouts.
This shoe was recommended by my CrossFit coach. It is her favorite shoe, and she's been through many. I have a narrow foot and, sadly, this shoe was too wide for me. I ordered it for my daughter, who has a wider foot, and it fits her great. She had to size up 1/2 size, though. The grip on the bottom of the shoes is strong, and the athletes in our gym with this shoe can climb a rope licketly split because it grabs the rope. It doesn't get shredded by the rope on the way down, either.
Love it - great for crossfit
I have tried the Reebok nano, Nike and nobull crossfit shoes but these inov-8 shoes are the best yet. I love them. They are super light (perfect for box jumps) and yet really sturdy. The tread is grippy when squatting; more so than any of the others.
I normally where a size 7.5/8 depending on the shoe. The first pair of these sneakers I ordered and received was a size 8. My toe was right to the end of the toe box. Returned for a size 8.5. They fit great. Did a functional workout wearing them and I did not have that breaking in period or did my feet hurt. They were flexible, comfy and study at the same time. If anything changes I will do an update.
Love these shoes! So comfortable and they have helped with my running and avoiding shin splints! Definitely order a half size larger as they run small.
Too small. Threw out the box so I can’t return.
I just started cross fit two months ago. These shoes have made a world of difference in transition speed and stability. I will buy them again.
