Nike, the swoosh you know and love, began in 1964 as a handshake between a track coach and his athlete. Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight, fueled by a desire for better running shoes, started Blue Ribbon Sports, which later transformed into the global giant Nike. Their mission: to bring innovation and performance to athletes of all levels.
Nike is synonymous with pushing the boundaries of athletic performance. They constantly develop cutting-edge technologies like Air cushioning and Flyknit materials to deliver peak performance for athletes.
These are comfortable and easy on and off. They are a great color! I am on my feet 8 1/2 hours walking around at work they are very lightweight and breathable.
I have tried every brand and these Nike Flex shoes are the best if you are flat footed aka very small arches. They are extremely light weight, perfectly shaped with toe room, flexible, and the most comfortable shoe I have very worn. I have purchased 3 pairs over the last 4 years and will only wear these in the future. (I wear size 8, have low arches but not Fred Flintstone feet...just normal width)
Within 30 mins of wearing these for the first time, I had to rip them off and scratch the top of my foot for 5 mins because the lace area dug in and irritated the top of my foot so much. No matter how much I fooled with that area, I could not find a comfortable fit until I loosened up the laces almost entirely. With the laces loosened as in the pictures, I now find these comfortable for everyday casual use and the top of my foot is no longer irritated. They’ve grown more comfortable as they’re worn in, but I’m still afraid to tighten the laces. The heel area is also very shallow, so not super supportive. However, the show as a whole seems to promote pronation which is good for me an over-supinator. If you over-pronate, I would not recommend.Overall, recommend for those ok with loose laces lol. The sole is comfy and my back feels better wearing these. But if you want very supportive, fitting running shoes, these are not it.
Got this for my daughter, age 30, as a gift. She loved them for their comfort, support, and cuteness!
all good
Very tight around upper front
I wear these shoes for HIIT workouts, weight lifting and workout classes. They are so light and comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised for the cost! I usually wear heavier, running shoes and I'm so happy I tried something new. I ordered 8 Wide, based off others reviews and I'm glad I did. I normally wear size 8 or 8.5 and the 8 fit perfect. I would suggest playing with the shoe laces and shoe tongue to get your perfect fit. I initialy thought the fit hurt the top of my foot, but after multiple adjustments, it fits like a glove, so don't get mad like I did when I first put them on.
These shoes are cute but if you have arch problems or need cushion of any kind, this is NOT for you. I use for indoor low impact workouts but I would not recommend to wear them for any kind of jumping, running, cardio workouts. The sole has zero support; it's just a flat plastic sole with no traction. I wouldn't even wear these to the grocery store because that is too much walking and my arches would suffer. The only thing I would wear these for is to retrieve mail to protect your feet from the elements. But do be careful if it's wet outside because you will probably slip on the pavement. NVM... Just wear your slippers; they will be more comfortable and protect your feet better.
