Under Armour burst onto the scene in 1996, founded by former University of Maryland football player Kevin Plank. Under Armour has since grown into a global leader in innovative sportswear.
Under Armour prioritizes innovation and performance technology. Their motto, 'Make You Better,' reflects their constant drive to develop new technologies that enhance athletic performance. First of all, the color isn't as ugly as it looks in the pictures. It goes well with black or gray gym clothes and also looks great with jeans. These shoes are great for heavy lifting as well as walking. I probably would not use them for running beyond maybe just a 5-10 minute warm up jog. I have used them to dead lift my body weight, and I also wore them all over the parks for a weekend at Disney World! They provide support without being too squishy. They ground you without messing with your balance. Highly recommend and will be buying another pair when these wear out!
The tongue is some weird material. It's pretty hard/firm and currently rubs at the front of my ankle. I'm hoping it loosens up with some more wear.
Under armour runs small if your a half size order up!
I read other reviews and ordered a half size up. They fit me well but the material is very hard as other have said. The first time I wore them, it really hurt. I had to really bend and rub them in an attempt to make the material softer. I definitely need thicker socks for these shoes. The 2nd time I wore them, it did not hurt but the 3rd time I wore them, it rubbed on the back of my foot and made it red. I bought them because they were cheap for UA, but definitely disappointed in the quality of the shoes. Not what I expected.
These are, by far, one of the best pairs of walking shoes I've ever owned. So comfortable, light weight (but durable), simple but fashionable. No blisters or sores from day 1!
Very uncomfortable! Being returned. Very small and very narrow. No arch support or cushion.
Looks good, fits good.
Like other reviewers have stated, these shoes are very stiff. I wanted these as an everyday shoe to match anything, so the stiffness isn’t a big deal. I’ve actually been comfortable running errands all day in these, but I will stick with my other UA shoes for exercising.
