I’ve had many pairs of theses shoes and I love them they fit and don’t hurt my feet or back when I’m on them for long periods of time
These are my favorite show for working. I'm a nurse and on my feet all day. They are comfortable and durable.
I have purchased several of these shoes for work. I work in the medical field and I'm on my feet a lot. They look good and they're comfortable and my feet don't hurt after my shift. I put my orthotics in there instead of the insert that comes with the shoe.
I like the look of the shoes and the room in the toes. My only objection is the heel could be a little higher and more padding in the heel. They are light weight and the support is good but my heel started to hurt after walking in them for awhile.
I have been buying Easy Spirit shoes for probably 30 years and they don't disappoint. Always comfortable!
No problem!
I've been wearing the Punter shoe for over 15 years. It seems as if the shoe design has changed somewhat. I normally wear a 6M, but it feels like the shoe is more narrow than usual along with the sole being hard. I don't know if this would've happened anyway but since I've been trying to "break the shoe in," my feet have hurt terribly to the point I'm doing foot exercises and icing them. I recall the last time purchasing this shoe having a hard time breaking them in but not to this degree. I thought maybe I needed a "wide" version, so I ordered the 6W. There is just a bit more room, and the shoe is just as hard. I've been wearing the 6M now for at least a month now, and they are beginning to feel a little more comfortable. In saying that, they still cause pain after being on awhile exercising. Again, I want to be fair in saying, "My feet may have begun to hurt anyway, but I find it odd they started hurting when I began breaking in the first shoe ordered (6M)." Regardless, it does seem to take longer to break them in and the soles seem harder than in past years. In the past, I never had issues with breaking them in while exercising. I just cannot figure out what they've done to change them. As far as wearing the wide vs the medium, I just don't feel I'd have enough support in the type of exercises I do (squats, lunges, elliptical, step aerobics). There is just enough more room to make it feel like that ~ a loose fitting. So, I am sticking with the medium width. My advice if you're experiencing the same issues as me would be to make sure you can spread and wiggle your toes in the toe box and the toes don't go too far to the front of the shoe when standing or exercising. If those things are in place, wear them around for about an hour each day before throwing out your old pair. I am considering going to a shoe shop and having them stretch the toe box a little to help the shoe "give" a little more.
Out of many, many athletic shoe purchases finally a pair that fit right out of the box. Walk for exercise daily and these shoe worked as soon as I put them on. Took them on vacation a couple of weeks later and I was ready and set to go for long all day walks with no problem. I've had several surgeries on my right foot and can't wear orthotics so this was a big deal for me. Roomy, cushy and supportive. I bought a second pair in case I can't find them again.
