I wear a woman's size 8 regular but I bought these in a women's size 8 wide. The reason was because of the steel toe. There is plenty of toe space for bending and wiggling my toes. The sole is thick and after walking around on a concrete warehouse floor I did feel traction. The tongue is very padded which is good for me because I lace my shoes very tight and the knot sits on the tongue of the shoe. I don't feel the steel toe on my toes the way I would in boots. My only complaint is the insole. Take the ones in the shoe out and buy your own. The insole was very thin and slick and caused my foot to slide around when I walked. Plus better insoles gave me a better fit, arch support and comfort. These shoes are a 4 star shoe because of the insole but a 5 star since I bought insoles. They look good. A nice black color and long laces. I feel I got my money's worth.
I originally bought these for the look but quickly fell in love with how plushy they are! It's like a nice pillow for your feet with the bonus of a safety toe! Seriously highly recommend these shoes!!
I wear a nine. I got a size 9.5 wide and it was too small. I exchanged for a 10.5 wide because a 10 wide was available. The shoes are comfortable and padded like normal skater shoes. This makes my feet sweat too much. The shoe isn’t wide enough for me and I think the padding makes it tighter. The toe box is very narrow and low causing it to rub on my big toe and hurt by the end of my 8 hour shift. I will not buy them again unless they redesigned the toe box and raised it as well as widened it.
Wanted to use these safety shoes in my work abroad, the upper inner part had too many seams, they felt loose on top? does it make sense, I bought gel inserts to see if it made a difference, no luck. I am size 7, even I had gone down to 6.5 it would have been too tight on the toe. I threw them away.
They were soft inside which was nice. The 1st pair were just a little tight so ordered a half sz bigger and they fit tighter than the 1st. There was a tag and a sticker inside 1 shoe with 2 different sizes on it. Sent back, didn't reorder.
I work in a factory on an assembly line where things are completely nonstop. I am also a very small women at 5'2" and 107 lbs. I had tried regular steel toed boots. And after a long day at work, my legs and feet would be killing me because of how heavy the boots were. I also wasn't a fan of the way they looked. I found these after doing some research, and I'm very glad I bought them. They are incredibly light weight even with the steel toes. I also like the way they look. I've some people ask me if they really are steel toed, and I have to have them touch the end of the shoes to really prove it to them! I no longer have tired legs and feet. I can even go straight from work to shopping around because they are so surprisingly comfortable. I still use insoles with these because of how my arches are, but I definitely recommend these and will repurchase in the future.
These look amazing! Super cool skater looking shoe. People at work compliment them all day long. Although they can get uncomfortable after a few hours in them. But that goes for all steel shoes what can I say🤷🏽♀️ Put some insoles and you’ll be good.
