I now have five pairs of these. I love them! Couldn't be happier!
I normally wear a size 8 shoe, including all of my Skechers. I ordered this size 7.5 because a size 8 that I ordered from another website was too long. They were a little hard on the balls of my feet with the original insole. Even though the insole is not “removable“, I peeled it out and put in my own insert (which fit perfectly in the 7.5, even though my insert is a size 8). Much better. Good shoe to slip on quickly (without socks) to walk the dog in nice weather.
I usually wear 8 1/2. I got wide this time so they fit looser then I really need but still super comfy. Make sure you really need wide before ordering.
To start, I hate enclosed shoes. I live where it's warm, so wear flip flops year round. Since we're taking an Alaskan cruise, tho, I need some shoes and none I have are comfy enough to wear all day. I tried these and at first were tight through the toe box. I used a shoe stretcher so make them a bit wider and now they're perfect. I wore all day yesterday. I'm ordering a different color so I have two pairs to take with me. I also like they're not the stretchy holey knit and more a solid t-shirt knit since I'm going to be waterproofing these.
I bought these shoes during a vacation & there are no regrets! I was looking for a comfortable walking shoe with good arch support & a cushioned insole. This shoe hit every point, so much so I'm on Amazon to buy another pair :)Update: Bought these in same size eight, but in black, and they were far more small/narrower than my originals, returning for a larger size. Clearly from a different manufacturing origin, but still appeared to be of the original quality.
Not a firm heel.
Why does it say "Men's"... I ordered 9.5 which is what I wear in Men's sizes. Luckily they have an 11 as well. Must be a typo. So now I received the 11 and they are way too narrow. These are not a wide fit by any means. What a disappointment. This brand is so inconsistent with their sizing.
