I ordered a 6 in these just in case they shrink once wet. My daughter wears a 5 1/2 and these fit well without worry of rubbing. You can also tighten the string on the top of the shoe. Bright and colorful. Well made.
Great price, but poor fit for my son. They were too wide, but not long enough. He liked the color, though.
If you order these keep in mind the sizes run BIG. My grand-daughter is currently in a 4 or 4.5 sneaker depending on the brand. I figured a size 5 in the water should would be a good fit (no half sizes). They were WAY to big on her, she could walk right out of them. Ordered a size 4 and the fit is much better, they should fit her all summer. They are nice and thick on the bottom, have decent support and well ventilated.5/30/16: Grand-daughter used these all weekend at the lake playing in the water and on shore. She says they are the BEST.
Good fit and durable
My almost 3 yr old is obsessed with these shoes. She will only wear these. So we wear them as everyday sneakers not water shoes. They have a nice supportive bottom, yet are very flexible. I love that they slip on so easily and they don't need to be tied. I prefer these over a Velcro closure because Velcro is so annoying. Her previous pair held up to a lot of wear and tear until she grew out of them. The did not wear out...I will be buying another pair for my son...
don't go hiking in these, good for beach is about all.hard to get sand out
We haven't used these yet, but will soon. I looked at the bottom and there are some treads, just not deep ones, so I'm hoping that will be enough to keep her from slipping on concrete. I'll try to update my review on that. They are cute and she is a 5.5 right now and the 6 was a good choice.
I have very wide feet from all my surgeries and the bottom of my feet are very sensitive. Walking bare feet is very painful and doesn't allow me to play in the pool or water park with my little nephew and niece. Since getting the shoes I am now able to get in out of the pool no problem. No sore feet at the end of the day. I even wore them to beach which makes it easier for me to walk on the sand.
