Great boots. Fit like a tennis shoe but with more toe room. The upper is soft enough to not be painful on the ankle but still provide support. Never slipped in them. Little warm in summer but don't suffocate your feet.

This boot is one of the most comfortable I have worn. They were easy to break in and the leather is a good quality inside and out. I have two issues. One was easy, I am not a fan of flat shoe laces. So I replaced them with a pair of round Ironlace unbreakable laces. The other issue is the sole of the boot. With the narrow ridges and rows it catches all the dirt and small stones that you walk in for the day and will only release their catch at the most untimely moment and location. If the sole had a larger pattern and slightly deeper, I believe it would be just about perfect.
The 1st pair was too narrow. Returned & ordered the next size up in a wide. No problem, no question, new pair received in 2 days. Love the shoe & the service was outstanding with no return postage to pay!
