The boots I received do not match up with the picture. My boots are all the same exact color and the picture makes it look like they are two toned. Pretty disappointing.
The only good thing about these wa the customer service and that wa still not great. I bought them three times to get the size right and I am still not very happy with the fit. So first pair I could not even get my foot completely into the boot. Customer service tried a pair and agreed but he told me he then tried a size bigger and wide. I never need wide shoes or boots but I tried and got my foot all the way in but it fely loose. So I went back to original size but in a wide so they fit better but still not a good feel. I asked customer service for a suggestion and he said I should try insoles. I did they another 30 or 40 bucks now these boots are very expensive for mediocre fit. They look nice but I don't wear them often enough because they don't feel comfortable. Thought with this name brand I was buying top quality. NOT SO MUCH. I am not very impressed at all. Too much money for too little.
