Very lightweight and very comfortable. They're Ariat so you can try their boots on your local boot store, they just didn't have these lightweight boots in this color brown anywhere near me. So it felt strange buying boots off Amazon, but they are exactly what I was expecting. They are taller than I had expected, but that's my own fault for making assumptions instead of fully reading the description. Otherwise, once broken in they're very comfortable, very lightweight (seriously, these tall boots are as light as my running shoes!), and overall of the high quality you'd expect from Ariat boots.
My son said these were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. Also a true wide boot. He had to wear them in the Texas heat for six hours right out of the box and didn’t have a blister or anything. Great boots - great brand!
Ariat boots are amazing! This is my 3rd pair of Ariats and they are so soft and already feel broken in out of the box!
One of the best black boots out there! The boots are lightweight because of the bantamweight outsole.The mesh panels keep the airflow going so in winters proper height socks will be essential. The looks and design are classy and received compliments. Like other boots from Ariat you can comfortably walk miles in these boots.

Love these boots however they aren’t like my other Ariats that I can wear all day and be fine. After 3-4 hours my feet start to hurt.
These boots are like butter!!! The Vented boot is a dream! This review is 2 years late, because I forgot to review them before. This boot IS AWESOME! It has held up through thick and thin high and low, wet or dry… it doesn’t matter!!!😉They are still great!!!
