I've been wearing "cowboy" boots for a long time. I used to wear the real Western style. now, though, they are too pointy toed for my feet. I tried Jason shorties and other short boots but none of them had the support or comfort I wanted. I really had no expectations that these boots would work for me as I had tried other Roper boots. But...they are great! really comfortable, nice support, good-looking. I've gotten alot of compliments every time I wear them...like, WHERE did you get those boots?!? Glad I found them.

I needed a sturdy, comfortable, affordable, and easy care boot for when I am at the barn, and this one is definitely it!! I ordered 1/2 a size larger than i would normally wear, in case i wanted to wear thicker socks for winter, and they fit perfectly!! I have a bit extra room for thicker socks, and they are super comfortable!! I have a very wide/fat foot with a narrow heel and they didn't pinch my toes or slide around. I highly recommend this beauty!!

I have several pairs of Roper boots. These are not authentic Ropers. If there is any leather on them at all it might be on the pull up straps. Way too much money for plastic boots!The sole is comfortable and soft to walk on. I guess if you got them for work, you work indoors and on your feet they would be comfortable. My plan was for using them working outside. They won’t last long!
I am one that wears the same boots every day of the week so they have to wear good and not hurt my feet. These boots are like wearing house slippers. The only thing I was not sure that I liked was they were on the wide side I wear a B in width in other foot wear. But the shoe size is right on. For fake ostrich, they still look nice after months of daily wear.
