….equals pinched toes and blisters. BUT these boots are fabulous and look amazing with a range of different outfits. The stretchy fabric makes room for most of your foot besides toes and if you’re able to wear something on your foot that prevents it from sliding down, cramming your toes in the box, it helps quite a bit. I wrapped my heels and toes in the grippy sports wrap, just a layer or two to keep my feet from moving a lot. Though using it in place of socks will definitely make stinky feet, so having a nylon bootie, even, helps a lot. But I still rated these with 4 stars, since they look amazing and make your butt and legs look amazing too.
I usually have trouble with finding my size in boots, and when I do find them, they're usually too tight, unless I size up. The largest this came in was 11, which is my exact size, so I was a bit concerned. As soon as they arrived I rushed to try them first since I couldn't bear the suspense any longer. I was pleasantly surprised! They fit like a glove with a comfortable amount of room, and I don't even have to break them in. I'm extremely pleased with the fit, and the classy, sleek look. I'm going to get them in another color as well, that's how much I love these!
I love the style, comfort and height of this boot. They are very lightweight, easy to put on and take off and trendy. I purchased these for myself.
My daughter is studying theater and has a particular style. She saw these and fell in love with the style. They arrived just in time for her to try them on & take them back to NYC with her. The fit is slightly large for her size 6 foot, but for her that's a good thing. She often wears socks with her footwear. The knitted sides just add to the warmth. She is having a bit of fun walking so much with such a high heel, but the heel is thick enough to be easy to balance on. The soles are thick enough to protect her feet from most of the hazzards of NYC streets. Overall, I would order these again in a heartbeat. She's actually wanting to get them in grey as well. The quality, elegant look and practicality of the style, even with the high heel, makes for shoes that will get lots of use. And, she loves them and I really like how they look on her.
