Very good shoe. Love the style. I was debating between size 5 and 6 for quite a few moments. I am mostly 5.5 to 6, occasionally 6.5 in certain styles. I have docs vegan 2976 in 6 and it fit well. This shoe isn't so tight that feels uncomfortable in size 5. Meanwhile it's pretty heavy which I don't really mind but the heaviness defies any inclination for looser shoes. So I ended up with 5 and am returning 6. Nothing bad about this shoe. It's great looking and comfortable and the materials look very durable.Update: wore size 5 half day shopping. No breaking in needed. Heavy but comfortable. I am raising my rate to 5. Oh it's sort of lightly padded so will be great for cold weather.
Someone said in a review that the "tongue" doesn't stay in place...well I'm here to tell you that, right out of the box, I wore these on an 8 hour shift...standing all but 30 mins...[my break] & the "tongue" stayed in place. More importantly, they are SOOOO comfortable! And what a great price! I was going to buy docs in England when I visit in November, but I thought "well I won't be able to beat this price so I'll try them." OH MY GIDDY AUNT! I am SO glad I ordered these! Usually the first time you wear docs you have to be patient as they need 'wearing in'. But not with these! I LOVE the buckles! I have weird shaped feet so the buckle near my toes is on hole number 2 & the buckle near my ankle is on hole number 3. This allows for my feet to get the most comfort, as I have a bunion on my left foot. I'm a 7 1/2 shoe size in this country & a 5 in the UK. The 7 fit perfect! (As it usually does in doc martens). Overall, I totally recommend these boots. I mean...EIGHT HOURS & my feet don't hurt?! Hello!
When I picked up the boots I thought was very heavy.But not, is very comfortable.Right size and I used about 6 hours straight.I really like very much and is so cute.
I love how these boots look and feel. They were comfortable right out of the box. I like the ease of putting them on with just buckles instead of laces like most Doc Martens. They are a little bit heavy but not so much so that it’s bothersome, and I expected them to be that way with the chunky heel. I just love these boots. I can tell they will last forever!
I love these boots. They are extremely cute and very comfortable. They run true to size in docs. They are really heavy though — it’s not too much of an issue, it just takes a little getting used to.
They were so stinking adorable but walked around the house and they felt narrow and stiff. Started to hurt my feet. Didn't risk wearing them out. Had to return. But they were a great price. Not to heavy. No warmth. Seemed durable.
I love the style! The fit is great. Docs are always good, sturdy products. I have worn them in the rain, wipe them off, and they look the same-still new.I receive compliments every time I wear them. Highly recommend.
These boots are so cute. The price was amazing. But they were a little too wide even with thick socks on and just too heavy for me. I’m on my feet a lot and was worried about the weight of them. Had to return and that process was super simple and convenient.
