Dr. Martens, also known as Doc Martens, Docs, or DMs, has stomped its way into history since 1901. Originally created by Dr. Klaus Maertens, a German soldier who designed a comfortable air-cushioned boot to aid his recovery from a broken foot, the footwear quickly gained popularity. In 1960, the brand we know today was born with the iconic 1460 boot, adopted by British working-class youth and later embraced by various subcultures for its durability and rebellious spirit.
Dr. Martens prioritizes both timeless design and rugged construction. Their shoes are instantly recognizable by their air-cushioned sole, yellow stitching, and utilitarian details. Made with high-quality leather, Dr. Martens boots and shoes are built to withstand years of wear and tear, making them a true investment piece.

Amazing boots !!Love them!!
Love them!
I ordered about 4 Doc Martens models and the sizing is a crapshoot, even though I am exactly a women's 9. This model was good in length, way too tight across the bridge of the foot however. I have narrow feet, so I don't know what kind of feet this was made for. I stretched them for over a week with a leather softening spray and professional boot stretcher to make them bearable. The tightest part is, however, where the tongue is sewn on and stretching across stitching is not easy. Official Dr Martens customer service didn't answer any of my enquiries (I've waited a month for a reply now). I only put up with it, because I have fond memories of the brand from my teenage years. But I think this will be the last pair I ever buy from them. Shame.
