My daughter wanted boots like mommy, and she outgrew her baby Uggs that she was given for her first birthday, so I went searching for a new pair. I came across these and she said they would be perfect. I agreed and bought them. At first they were snug and hard for her to get on, just because they were so stiff from being new. But once we got them on and off a few times, she would wear them all the time. She would have worn them until they fell apart, but of course she outgrew them before that could happen.They are made well, priced reasonably, and are very comfortable and warm. I will buy again.

I purchased 2 pair of these boots for my twin granddaughters.After reading other reviews, I sized up.One of my granddaughters wears size 8-8.5 in shoes.yThe other wears size 9-9.5 in shoes. I purchased size 10 toddler for both, and they work fine for both.I was worried they woul fall off the smaller footed girl, but she walks and runs fine in them, can'tEven tell they are 1.5 - 2 sizes bigger than her normal size. They also fit the other twin well.They both love them. Easy on easy off. Comfy.Make sure you size up. I purchased a size 1 for another granddaughter who wears 13 and 1's in her other shoes.She put them on but said they were to tight. So I should have gotten her the size 2.

I have bought the "Emma" for a few yrs now for my daughter. She absolutely loves them and the price is usually pretty great. Now I am picky about the construction of shoes and was a little leary of ordering off of amazon due to previous reviews. I have always bought them in store and could check them out and make sure there wasnt anything wrong like loose threads, uneven seams,etc but they werent available anymore locally.She has several pairs now in several colors and I have been happy with all of them. I have compared them to their much pricier U** counterpart and imo these are way better due to construction and price. FYI: These are a longer shaft, so they are not the ankle style boots. They go up higher which isnt as easy to get on as the shorter ones1. Size UP, due to the interior plush lining it makes the shoes smaller. I consistently buy 1 size up and they fit on the mark.2. use a fabric protectant on them. I use Stride Rite's rain or shine spray and it protects them from stains and mild wetness. It will make the lighter brown ones slightly darker but that is to be expectated with these type of stain guards. I normally spray once let dry and repeat. Apply each season after cleaning them with a suede brush. pay extra attention to the fabric closest the the exterior sole of the foot, it will get the most abuse and dirt.3. The black ones have a black fur lining except for the bottom, its tan. kinda weird but I expected a black footbed as well.4. The black ones have a rounded label in grey at the back of the foot heel, other colors have rectangular ones normally in tan.The sole of the boot is made of solid rubber not foam like other similar boots from other brands so the boot does feel heavier. They have lasted so long for my daughter on that fact alone. She has a much pricier similar boot that has the foam sole and it looks worn due to how she naturally walks. Plus the rubber sole seams like it grips winter pavement better.The fur lining is pretty soft and lofty. It does compress over time to look like the tradional "sherpa" lining. My daughter normally dosent wear socks with them because it insulates her feet very well and loves the softness of it on her feet.Overall I am happy to get these again and to find them on amazon. We will are loyal "emma" fans for years and glad that so far they are the same quality as in the shoe stores.

For the price these boots are great, not a huge investment as our daughter will grow out of them quickly. But they are a little bit on the small side, and restrictive when you are trying to get a foot through the top. We are cute wearing a 9&1/2 almost 10(toddler) an these seem small for a size 10. Over all they're cute and will keep her feet warm, I'm hoping they're good at keeping her feet dry too.

We have had a few of these boots over the years. They seem to hold up and the girls loves the colors. Plus, for the price, you don't feel terrible when they get dirty etc! In OUR experience, these run very small, so I usually order 1 1/2 - 2 sizes up. Id hate to suggest that to someone else, but it has worked for our girls. Our 3 yr old usually wears an 8-ish and we ordered her a 10. She wears them ALL the time! Our 5 yr old usually wears a 10.5 and we got her a 12. Also wears them all the time. They have never complained about them being uncomfortable so I assumed they feel well on the inside! We purchased the pom berry and they are a dark pink. Girls are happy!

I bought these for my daughter who outgrew her size 6 toddler boots so I thought a 7 would fit perfectly but they are a lot bigger than her current boots. She might be able to wear them next year. Too bad they didn't have half sizes but they look very warm and have a thick sole. Very cute boots!

I bought these for both my 2 year old and my 17 month old girls, I have tried every boot out there from uggs, to the cheapies at Walmart and these by far are the best quality for the money comfy soft and warm and they are made to last for a bit. I will be buying these again in the future!

Last year, I purchased 2 sets of the Bearpaw Meadow for my twin toddler girls. We loved everything about the design and wear of the boots. This year we purchaed 2 pairs of the Emma and are very disappointed with how this boot has worn. Within 1 week of first wearing the boot, I noticed that the fabric on the toe was ripped and peeling away from the base of the boot. Within 2 weeks of the first hole appearing, the fabric on the front of the boot has totally disintegrated. My other daughter's boots are also looking very worn on the toe and I'm just waiting for her boots to do the same. I would not recommend this style to anyone as you will be throwing your money away. If this were Zappos, I'd just return/exchange the boot without hassle. This is the last time I will purchase shoes through Amazon.
