Most comfortable boots I own.
I really wanted to like these, but the hollow square sections inside of the soul started pressing through at the ball if my foot, and bruised it up pretty badly, after several days of working in them.I try to make things work, when they are not perfect for me, so-I took the insole out, took the lower paper insole out, and exposed the graph pattern underneath the insoles. Then I filled those up with silicone glue where they were hurting my feet, and stood in them to let it form to my foot shape. All I did was RE-expose the upper ridges of the square pattern, and make these shoes stiff and heavy.I tried extra insoles in the balls of my feet, but it just ended up crowding my toes.Is it just my feet, or is it poor design and construction? Maybe both. I was definitely not impressed that there is only an insole, and a paper/cloth layer, between my feet and the hard rubber squares of the toe box. — it originally made the boots lightweight, but it started hurting and bruising pretty early on.For fairness: my work is laborious, and includes much bending down with the toe section bent, as I crouch or kneel. That might have accelerated the problem. The insoles are actually pretty nice— until the inner souls push through them on the pressure points.Too bad. Perhaps they’d be fine if you didn’t use them as work boots. I don’t know.

I absolutely LOVE these boots!! They are extremely comfortable and they go with so many outfits!!
My husband loves these boots. He has a pair of the Börn sandals and he wanted these for awhile. I got them for him for Christmas but he is a stubborn man and tried to buy them for his self so I had to let him have them. Now I can’t get him to shut up about them. Needless to say 5 stars for comfort and style!! Happy man!!
