I LOVE these boots. I have not ridden with them yet, but I've worn them to work a couple of times to see how comfortable they'll be to wear all day, and they are super comfortable. The leather is soft, not stiff. The sole is a very flexible, cushiony rubber style. I received them, unlaced them, zipped them up, and then laced them back up. Perfect fit! I ordered the size 8. I usually wear a size 7.5 or 8, and my foot is a little on the wide side. I feel like I have plenty of room in the boot for my feet, and I usually wear thick socks and am fine in these boots. There is a bit of a push to get my foot into the base of the boot, but nothing too crazy. I cannot recommend these boots enough!
I've had many pairs of Harley Davidson boots over the years and they've all been super solid. I work in the music industry for a living and these are some of the most durable, supportive boots I've worn. I often wear them for 14-16+ hour shifts at festivals and my feet never hurt (I can't say the same for most tennis shoes). These things last for ages, despite how much I put them through. I've worn them in all seasons and while they can get a tiny bit toasty in the summertime, I still prefer them over any other shoe I own. Not to mention, they provide good coverage on a bike. They're a great look - I get tons of compliments on them daily! Highly recommend!
My first motorcycle riding boot was HD and they lasted longer than any other boot I've ever owned. They were getting old, and I wanted boots that extended up my calf to protect my legs from rocks or other things while riding. These are the same quality as my first ones.I normally wear between an 8 - 8 1/2 shoe. Like my first boots, I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly! They are stiff and will need breaking in, but they feel and look amazing!
The laceup system in the front of the boot is not only such a cool look, but it helps fit this boot custom to your needs. They fit perfectly as once you have it set where u want it you just zipper and unzip about having to mess around with the lacing again. Nice ease!I also love love love, did I say love, LOL, the high quality of these boots. They are so substantial and I will feel very protected on the bike.I am going to give you some measurements here in case you happen to be about my size and may be uncertain as to how they will fit:My calves: 16" including skinny jeans because I tuck the jeans in to the boots..so I included my (tight fitting) jeans in the measurement. I'm 5'8" and the length from the floor up to the base of my knee is about 17 " and these boots come up high, just under my knee. They are tall!My sock footed measurements are 10.5" long by 4" at the widest (widest is where the ball mound of the foot is.)If you look at the pictures you will see the details on the silver rivets and the cool detailing along the exterior of the boots. What can I say? These are just the coolest boots I have ever owned!
Quality leather / well made. Can walk for miles and Miles in comfort; Walt Disney World and downtown Manhattan!! Works well when riding motorcycles. Comfortable and warm. Laces allow boot to be tightened to fit snug on lower leg! Highly recommended. Harley quality. I upsized one size to allow for thicker socks.
Purchased these in Black from Amazon & Stone from ShoeMall Size 11M (Much Cheaper). This is my normal size in HD Boots. The black ones fit perfect! I was able to wear them right out of the box. The leather was already flexible. The Stone fit like a size 10.5M (seem to run a tad smaller) for some reason the leather is a little stiffer in the foot area so they are snug (without socks) and I had to wear them around the house for a bit to stretch them and let the leather loosen up. I double checked the size just to be sure. Besides the fit issue I love both pair.! They look fantastic and come up just below the knee (perfect height for me) I have muscular calves (about 16") and because of how they are made had no issues. I unlaced them, zipped them up & re-laced them so they fit perfect on my calves and I should never have to lace them again. I am able to wear the black ones with jeans tucked in with no problems. Have not worn the Stone ones out of the house yet. I have not tried riding my Harley in either pair but plan to once the weather permits. Hopefully, I will come to love the Stone ones as much as the black.
As all other products by Barley they have quilt up leather, and putting their name on boots.
This is my second pair of these boots, I also have them in the brown color and I wear them to work every day, they’re super comfortable and they last forever. They fit true to size, but I sized up by a half size because I like a little extra room for socks. I love that you can lace them up to fit just right, however, unless your calves are pretty average-sized, you will not be able to tighten them enough or loosen them enough. The laces are fairly short even when fully tightened. My only real complaint was a shipping issue - the box was completely crushed and the leather was scuffed. But that’s not the boots’ fault!
