Not comfortable at all!
These are the same quality, if not better quality than my Birks. If you are not used to wearing Birks all of these types of shoes will feel stiff to you at first. They have to be broken in and you have to get the right size. These are so comfortable despite running very slightly small. I normally wear 8.5 but in some brands like NW or DV I wear an 8. These in 39 fit like 8s in my opinion but if I got the next size up they would probably be too big. My feet feel pampered and the gold color is stunning.
These are cute, but there was a quality control issue the pair I received. The footbed, in places, kind of dug into my foot. It seemed to come up and in toward the footbed. The straps were touching and also not touching/holding my feet inconsistently along the length of my foot--and they were inconsistent (right foot and left foot--although the lengths matched). I'm not sure if it was the pair I got or if it will be an issue with all. I would say these are NOT for narrow heels and wide toes, which is the shape of my foot. You probably need a more rectangular shaped foot for this one, but again, I'm guessing a bit because I think there was a quality control issue with the pair I received. Easy return, so thank you for that Prime! Two stars is giving product the benefit of the doubt. . .
