I’ve seen several new ads on social media for these types of shoes, so I did some research, then decided on trying the lighter “Brown” pair from Calto. What an excellent addition to my business casual wardrobe! I received several compliments in just the first couple of days of wearing this pair.For those with wider feet (I only wear Wide in Cole Haan brand shoes, for example), these fit very well. I am always concerned when purchasing shoes without trying them first, however, with this style, you won’t have to worry at all.One bit of constructive observation: the shoes do creak a little when walking, here’s hoping they break in over time.I will be looking into several more Calto pairs to outfit my wardrobe, I hope to post detailed reviews of each.
excellent product, look really good, this is my fourth pair so I’m used to walking on them is kind of tricky at first, I suggest the first pair. you guys buy before venture outside, walk around inside to. get used to them, it don’t take much effort. I’m very satisfied, and the looks of amaze that people have. telling you that you look different, in my case 2 inches taller! 🤗
Got this for my sister's husband. The inner heel was a shock, but it worked out perfectly. Great shoe for short guys, haha.
The fit wasn’t the problem. The inside of the shoe gave me blisters from just walking in them for a few blocks. It was literally excruciating to walk in them as the insides had no padding to protect your toes as well as the flap end which was cutting into my skin. (No I don’t have sensitive skin, I’ve walked over 100s of Miles working in my previous jobs) I don’t think they actually had people test out these shoes properly. It could be that they were loose or too big. I generally wear an 8.5 but they don’t have that so I had to get a 9, but either way, it shouldn’t have been such pain to walk on them even for a couple of block down the road.
