Third pair in three years.I average 15000 steps a day and these last a year.Very comfortable insoles, never needed to enhance with after market products.I climb around on machinery, building's and outdoor work and they provide good footing.These are a very good product.You will not regret the purchase.

These Cat work shoes are OK overall. They seem to be well constructed and exhibit good overall materials quality. These shoes are also true to size and are reasonably comfortable (especially considering the steel toe construction). They are heavy when you pick them up but surprisingly, not heavy your feet. The outsoles are on the harder side and there is little to no arch support. Therefore, I would not recommend you buy these shoes as casual-use or fashion type sneakers. Rather, they are good for their intended purpose, which is light-duty work shoe for factory-type environments. And for that purpose, I would recommend them.

So I'm not by any stretch of the imagination anyone you would consider having any sense of fashion so if these look or don't look great that has no real weight in my book if it compromises any of the listed features and functions. That being said I am very happy with the low key look vs what an actual pair of workboots look like. By comparison to a workboot these shoes deliver as well. The non-slip grip is actually better than most boots Ive tried and they do have a truw steel toe protection guarding the little piggys. They do have some weight to them, but its still way less than workboots and that really puts these into the daily driver list for me. I have put on my first pair and have not used any other pair of shoes yet, if or when these look like thet are about to bite the dust ill report here but I gotta say, so far I have been putting them through the tough trial and they don't show any signs of even getting loose anywhere.

These are great work shoes for comfort- I wore them for an 8 hr shift the first day and they didn’t hurt my feet at all! Plus, they look cool and not like a typical steel toe. I’ve worn these about a month and they are holding up well in spite of being in and out of snow and muck. Downsides: the soles trap every little stone, broken glass, and random bit from the floor. They are slippery and don’t have any traction on icy or wet concrete.UPDATE: I’ve worn these daily for just over 3 months now, and they are starting to fall apart. The material on the top of the toe box is peeling, and stitching is coming apart between the toe and sides at the front of the shoe. Shoelaces are a minor pain, as they started to fray when the plastic at the ends came off about a week in. Kinda frustrated considering that at this point, these shoes have cost roughly $1 per day that I’ve worn them and they’re already coming apart.UPDATE 2: I bought a second pair of these to wear only on the hottest days instead of my work boots. My first pair fell apart really fast, but I hoped that not wearing them in bad weather would help this pair. I’m sad to say these lasted a whole 2 months. seams ripping apart around the heel. This looks like a design flaw to me.

This review should be 0 stars. Wish I could get my money back on these poor excuse of shoes. Had these shoes for a good bit now 3+ weeks. I operate a printing press in a manufacturing plant and am constantly on my feet all day. I replaced old catapillar boots that I used for 2 and a half years with unfortunately with these sorry excuses of shoes. I can't understand how anyone could feel this show is comfortable or even tolerable. The shape was fine and fit good. But that's the end of the positive things right there. There is no cushion anywhere in the shoe at all. No arch support at all. The insoles are comically thin. I didn't even think they had any and I would have to buy my own which I bought dr scholl's to try and save these things and it couldn't. The shoe has your heel significantly lower then the front of your foot and then point the front of your foot towards the sky. Eventually causing severe pain up to your calf's. At first I thought hey I just need to break these things in for a bit. My feet had already hurt maybe they just need to heal first. I really wanted to like these shoes. I took 8 days off of work. Feet plenty healed up. Back to work. Day one wearing these shoes and my feet are in alot of pain. First day back to work and these shoes got my feet hurting in a few hours? How? 2nd day back at work and wearing these shoes had pains shooting up to behind my knee in my calf causing me to noticeably limp all day. By this point I had already ordered some different shoes. These shoes managed to destroy my legs in 2 days to the point of me deciding not to workout so I could rest my legs. Avoid these absolutly garbage shoes and get yourself some steel toe rebok or steel to timberland pro shoes. These shoes need to be seriously revamped.TLDR: these shoes are absolutely garbage. They destroyed my legs. They are the opposite of comfortable. They plant your heel lower then you toes and then point your toes to the sky. No dr scholl's won't save these shoes. AVOID THESE SHOES

I love these shoes, right out of the box. I’m on my feet for 12 hours everyday making bread for Natures Own.It’s not everyday, you can buy a pair of work shoes, right out of the box without speeding $20.00 for “Insoles” or breaking in the new shoes for a couple weeks at the very least.I will be making another purchase before the end of the week.Thanks for making my job a lot easier.!Elbert.
