This awesome shoe, is like walking on clouds!! I was given a pair of these shoes at a pain care center. It was a little gift bag with lots of great items for me. I was in the middle of a stem cell procedure for my right foot. I was soo impressed with the comfort and quality of these shoes. I turned around and bought a pair for my son, and 2 of my sisters!! All parties were extremely happy with their comfort. Make no mistake, this brand of professional shoes for doctors, chefs and anyone who stands on their feet, for hours at a time, IS NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE MORE POPULAR SHOE MADE BY CROCS. No, this is a comfort shoe with a built in arch support and snug fitting around the toe box. There is no foot swooshing around in this shoe. I have an XXS, which is equal to a size 51/2-6.
Dux heel are the real deal. You think you walk on clouds. No feet sweating and due to that no smell. They are not made from artificial rubber. Its a natural product. I had my first pair for 8 years almost every day on my feet. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you have to buy one size larger than you normaly do. If you are a medium buy large and they will fit.
I hated to give up my Crocs due to heel pain. Turns out I didn't have to give up the croc utility with these rubber shoes that have arch and heel support. LOVE them around the farm.
The Duplex made in Germany had great cushion and were designed to help with plantar fasciitis. China took over the company, or production as I understand it, and they have eliminated the thermal aspect that would mold to the foot. So they are just like crocs now.Very disappointed 😞

I've had trouble with my left heel hurting and everyone says it is the onset of plantar fasciitis so I began researching ways to deal with this challenge. I went to Foot Solutions to find out what kind of shoe I needed as we were leaving on vacation and I knew I would be doing a lot of walking. They recommended the Duflex and I love these shoes! Today I walked down to the mailbox (1.5 miles) in them and they were more comfortable than my tennis shoes.I saw the negative comment and hated to see a strike against this great shoe because someone did not go try them on in a store first. (Maybe they are like me and live a long way from a shoe store of any kind). Anyway, I highly recommend these shoes and plan on get a couple more colors. They aren't sexy, but at my age I'm going for comfort and health!!
