I have worn Durhams for decades. They last a long time and are very comfortable. I prefer them to my higher-end dress shoes and generally wear them to all but the most special occasions just because they are great looking and so comfortable. They are always a great value.
I was hesitant to order them because I need a nice arch support since on my feet most of the day (I teach school). Wow! They fit quite well and were very comfortable right out of the box. Will be ordering more of these :-)
Good sizing and comfortable. Look good in the office and good tread for messy and rainy days. No real break-in required.
I was looking for a shoe that had a good fit, that came in a wide, and found this. I love them.
I used the try before you buy option and they only sent me one shoe!!!! at first I thought ok after I try the shoe on and want to purchase they will send me the other one! Not the case! Really nice shoes! would've been perfect but someone dropped the ball!
True to size and width (with "width" being most important for me. Soft uppers - already broken in - thick, comfortable, flexible soles - unique lacing. And, just as importantly, reasonably priced.
It felt a bit snug at first but within a couple of hours things felt just write, I wear a 17 and this fit perfectly
