I liked that the sides came up high on my ankles, they were warm and the inside was soft. I had to send them back because of the toe box that was too small for my toes. For anyone with feet with a hammertoe like me, a small toe box shoe pushes toes together and causes pain. Everyone else this would not be problematic. I loved them and hated to send back.
I love these slippers. Very cute and cozy with excellent construction quality.
I snatched a pair up an a sale so I am very happy with the price. They are beautiful and cozy. I wear a size 7 shoe, but I wanted to make sure they would fit so I ordered an 8-9. They fit me perfectly, although for some, they will be too narrow.
These are great slippers! Very warm and cute on my feet. I really like them. However, I wear a size 9. I got the 9.5 to 10.5 size, but they were way too big. So, I got the size 8 to 9 and it just fit. My big toes tip just touched the top of each slipper. It did stretch out, so it's okay. Though, I do wish they had an 8.5 to 9.5, I think it would have fit a little more comfortable. But these work. I kept the larger size for my size 10 adult daughter. They fit her perfectly and she loves them. They are wonderful slippers, but they really need to work on better sizing for women who wear a size 9, which is a popular size. An 8.5 to 9 would be ideal for that.
Very warm and comfortable and they are cute.
I have had other Acorn slippers that are so comfortable and I will continue to buy when they wear out. These are not as comfortable. It is difficult to get my feet into them- they are tight around the top and the tab to assist with pulling them on is too small. They are the right size and they fit once my foot is in but the cushioning is bunched up and makes my feet hurt.I wore them around to try and get them worn in so I was unable to return.
They're padded just enough, lined nicely and warm wool outer with a cute design on them. They are sized properly and they were on sale too. Overall, they were a perfect gift.
Review of Acorn womens Forest Bootie in the Navy Blue Moose pattern.Pros:1 - Nice looking, they "look" upscale.Cons:1 - Sizing is off. I wear a solid size 7m shoe, occasionally a size 6.5 in an open toe shoe. I bought this in the 6.5-7.5 size and it's narrow and short. The length was ok, but barely. I can't see it being ok for a size 7.5. The width really squeezed my foot. Maybe it would loosen up with wear, but I'm returning.2 - The heal of the slipper slips up and down as I walk, making it rub uncomfortably on the ankles and back of the heal where it bends as it meets the leg.3 - There is an acorn patch sewn into the inside, where your heal steps on it. As a sensory person, I just constantly feel this sort of thing and it's always in my brain. No need to put your logo there!!!4 - The bed of the slipper feels uneven. There isn't enough height in the heal, making me feel like I'm leaning back with my toes raised. And because it's so narrow, my foot feels like it's balancing and slipping to the side.5 - It's pretty hard to get your foot into the slipper. It definitely requires sitting, and two hands. And I have skinny, bony ankles and feet with a regular width.6 - It pulls my sock down and into the shoe every time I step (or as we say it in the U.S. The slipper eats my sock!!).All of these observations are while wearing a medium thickness sock. Not a thin, summer sock. Not a massively thick skiing sock. A medium thickness sock for cold winters. I would never wear a slipper barefoot, that is just uncomfortable, cold, sweaty, and stinky.I loved my Women's Acorn Moc Slippers with Cloudlike Feel. They are still sold here on Amazon. But I was hoping for a slipper that didn't look so massive on my feet. I wanted something a little more streamlined and fitted. These are not the ones, though. I'm returning.
