Love these slippers. I have very narrow feet. After wearing awhile they stretch out which I can fix by adjusting. Also I can wash them in the washing machine, which I do often.
Very soft, exactly what I needed. Sizing true to fit.
These slippers are very comfortable and have a nicely padded footbed that last. I bought two pair, white and pink. For some reason (probably how I walk) the velcro on the right foot keeps disengaging on BOTH pair and I have to constantly bend over and reattach it. The right slipper can completely slip off my foot because of the velcro. My house has stairs.I SOLVED the VELCRO issue by hand stitching the velcro to the slipper in ONE place closest to the ankle. It was an easy fix. I love the slippers COMPORT.I missed the opportunity to return them because I thought only one pair had the issue.
Love my new slippers- so comfortable.
I’ve been buying these slippers for many years, and I’m sorry to see the quality decline. The Velcro edges were cut leaving sharp corners and it cut my foot. So, I rounded off the sharp corners, but the Velcro is also not catching properly and I keep walking out of them. This is a BIG problem for a 76-year old, especially in the middle of the night. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Short and sweet: Too small in length and a bit narrow but the footbed is soft. I'd size up, or if you have a wide foot, I'd consider a different slipper.I purchased the black slippers in size 7.5-8. I basically always wear a 7.5M unless a shoe is whole sizes only, in which case I may wear an 8. Given this fact, I thought I was pretty safe to order the 7.5-8M. Unfortunately, I found that the slippers are not sized properly for the style/design. On these slippers, the bulk of the footbed is one color and the edge of the slipper is trimmed in the "main" color of the shoe - black in my case. Note: I thought the footbed of my slipper was white, but it is actually a light, heather gray on my black version (not a problem for me). Anyway - the problem is that the outside edge of the footbed is stiff and not well cushioned like the bulk of the footbed. This is an issue because the slipper almost exactly fits my size 7.5 foot *if* my foot partially overlaps the black edge in front and back. When I step, the main part of the footbed compresses a lot and most of my foot goes down. However, since the edge is stiffer, when I step down, it is uncomfortable against my heel and my toes can't go down with the rest of my foot. As a result, my toes are kind-of flared upward when I step. Now, while I realize that some shoes are intentionally designed with a flared upward toe, it is not comfortable or pleasant for me on this slipper. Finally, I think the slippers are also cut narrow. I have a slim foot - it is not uncommon for me to find a shoe to be too wide. However, when the velcro is secured maximally, the slipper is just a bit uncomfortably tight. I don't like my slippers so loose that they might fly off my feet, but I don't like my feet to feel squeezed by slippers either. I also like my slippers to _slip_ onto my feet, but these are a bit too snug for that. Loosen them by adjusting the velcro, you say? Well, when I do adjust the velcro, the velcro will not stay completely secured, lol. Thus, with each step I hear a slight tearing noise as some of the velcro detaches or attempts to detach. Try as I might I cannot get the slipper not to make that noise after slightly adjusting the shoe to a more comfortable width. The tearing noise is such a nuisance (especially late at night when I am trying to creep around the house without disturbing anyone, lol) that I just wear the slippers too tight. I'm hoping that with time the footbed and the stiff border will become compressed such that the slippers become more comfortable to wear. FYI, I wear the slippers without socks. If properly sized, I think the slippers have the potential to be quite comfortable and they provide good, but not an obscene amount of, traction.
I ordered these mostly because they are adjustable. I wore them around the house and they were ok for a while. Then the left one kept coming loose and I would walk out of it. So I would re-adjust it. AfIter a couple of days it would come loose again. In comparing the two slippers I found that the left one was not made quite the same as the right one. If I would have noticed this in the beginning I would have sent them back. Now it's too late. I thought Isotoner would make a quality product. Very disappointed!
Love these!
