They fit me perfectly and still allow lots of room for thick socks; keeps me warm in Wyoming cold spells, just not quite a slip-on. Needs a hearty tug to pull on but I think they will relax as they stretch. Not having laces is a great design but they squeak when walking or moving my ankle because the upper is held together with wide elastic bands instead of laces. I still highly recommend them!
These boots are adorable, but they have two problems--the footbed is a little wierd, even when I replaced the insert it just feels a little off. Also these boots are the squeakiest shoes I have ever had. I will only wear them in louder places, if worn in a quieter place (like the doctor's office) everyone notices....I will try some leather conditioner or something, I think it's the stretchy straps rubbing against the tongue? Not sure. But I still wear them because they are so cute

I wanted to like these, they are cute but they are very clunky and wide yet after they are on the top is baggy around your ankle. I am a life time lover of Keen shoes and have owned many pairs, these are off. Still well made and cute.
I like the Keen brand, but these run a bit small.
