After two surgeries I still have a bunion and heel pain. I cannot walk barefoot without limping. My left foot is wider and instep is higher than my right foot. After sitting in a car for an hour, my foot cramps and I cannot put weight on it when getting out of the car. Takes a little time to walk normal. I have tried many shoes. Especially skechers, but with the same results. I wear a size 9. I ordered a 9 1/2 wide. They are about a 1/2" from my big toe to the end on my longer big toe. I have one foot that is wider then the other one. I just laced that shoe a little tighter on my narrower foot and it is fine. I put the plastic arch support that came with the shoes in the shoes after trying without. I can wear heavier socks now because I bought a 1/2 size bigger. I would say these shoes are sized the same as other shoes. I wear a nine but because of my wide foot and high instep on my left foot I decided to go with a half size bigger and a wide width.I drove for two hours and had no cramping or foot pain during the drive or when getting out of the car. I am totally happy with these two day old shoes. I like how lite they are and the toe cover on the front of the shoe will make the shoe last longer. That's where I usually get holes in my shoes. They also come with insole fillers in case they are to loose. I may need to put them in this summer when I only wear lite socks. I am wearing wool socks now. My feet feel so much better I feel I can actually go for walks again. I hated to spend so much money on them but I feel it was worth it after how much pain I was in. Hope this review helps you.
I like comfort, but will sometimes swap it for fashion. No need with these shoes. They look as good as they feel. I have A LOT of foot pain if I’ve been standing for a while and nothing has helped until now. I’ve tried so many different brands of tennis shoes for comfort, even ones recommended by podiatrists, and have still experienced so much pain. These are the solution I’ve been searching for! I was on my feet for about 6-7 hours straight the other day and realized that my feet weren’t killing me for the first time in my life because I was wearing these. When I ordered them, I wasn’t sure I would like how they looked on my feet. I don’t like how most tennis shoes look on me since I have pretty narrow, thin feet. Shoes tend to look bulky and off in some way. I also wondered if they would be too wide since they’re made for wide feet. Both concerns were quickly put to rest when I tried them on. They look really good and fashionable. I’ve gotten several compliments on them and my sister even ordered the same pair (black). I love how they look on me. Not too bulky and they look ‘right’. They also don’t feel too wide. For having narrow feet, I appreciate the room that my toes have to move and that I can wear thick socks in the winter. It’s made me realize how little room women’s shoes typically have. These shoes have really helped elevate my workouts as well. I’m not a runner, but I can walk so much further w/o foot pain when wearing these. These are now the only tennis shoes I will wear. Both fashion and, more importantly, comfort are covered. I’m pretty excited to finally have a pair that works for me. I’m so happy that I decided to ‘just give them a try’ in the beginning.
I really like these shoes. They are very comfortable. Comes with arch inserts, but you have to pull out the bottom pad to insert the arch support. Would have preferred it came installed. I'm a little nervous to pull out the pad and then not be able to get it back in correctly because it's such a tight fit. Otherwise, a great shoe!
I've been struggling to find shoes and supports to help me with the daily pain. I'm 48 and having to use a came it was so bad. The price was hard to accept but the quality quickly won me over. They fit like a dream, almost instant pain relief and it hasn't returned! Highly recommend!
My feet need more support and these shoes appeared to have all the qualities.I was not disappointed! They feel wonderful!
I had these less than 2 months and soles are worn down like they were very old! I walk a little every day, and disappointed in the quality of the soles. I contacted manufacturer and provided pictures of the wear, they said they just showed normal wear and wouldn't replace. Very disappointed because it is far from normal wear. There is an obvious problem with these soles, and was told they are replacing the soles on this style with a harder sole. I'm very disappointed in the response they provided me. In my opinion, not worth the money.
I have plantars, and I supinate (feet roll outwards). The pros: These shoes felt amazing straight out of the box, and I liked the removable plastic arch support bars. The toe box is roomy and the back of the shoe cups my ankle in the right place. The cons: There is no internal support inside the sole, so after only 3 weeks of approximately 10hours/day wear, the outside edge of the sole is so compressed that it actually makes the rolling worse. I tried to wear wedged insoles to correct my stride, but that just caused my heels to slide. I won't be able to wear these anymore, at least not for any length of time.
I need a bone graft in my left foot but at my age the surgeon doesn't recommend it so I'm in pain most of the time. I love walking and researched tennis shoes and bought these. They are wonderful!! I would highly recommend them for any type of foot pain.
